About This Event
Our Youth Leadership Workshop is a transformative three-day experience designed for young leaders aged 18–30 who want to make a tangible difference in their communities. Participants emerge with practical skills in conflict resolution, public speaking, and civic engagement — and a concrete action plan for a peace project in their community.
Since 2023, over 800 young leaders have graduated from our workshops. Alumni have gone on to found community peace initiatives, run for local office, and become trained mediators in their own right. The workshop combines interactive training, mentorship from seasoned peacebuilders, and hands-on project design sessions.
All meals and materials are provided. Travel scholarships are available for participants from outside Kampala. Limited to 150 participants — early application is strongly recommended.
